12 slices of bacon 500g minced beef Barbeque Rub 2 sticks of Emmental-type cheese Barbeque sauce Pickled jalapenos Roasted onions Crumbled nachos
Place the bacon slices side by side on a bamboo mat. Spice the ground meat to taste, and then spread it in a thin layer onto the bacon slices. Then you can add long slices of your favorite cheese and finally roll up the bacon.
Bake the bacon wraps at 350° for 30-35 minutes, and then roll them into onions and nachos. When serving, add some barbecue sauce and a little paprika, and enjoy!
